Task
The biggest challenge was to abstract the complex video protection, conversion, compression, ingest and processing services from an admin. System should make everything super simple and as easy as an upload video to dropbox folder. Team had to use combiniation of cloud and on-premise custom video tools to build out powerful video platform that worked on few clicks.
